Talked to Coach and he agrees with 3 days a week running. It worked for me before. That's the new plan for now.
Went to the pool Sunday morning as well as this morning. Both times I had a good swim. Today I augmented with upper body afterwards. Good stuff.
The glute/hip/back/knee issue is a lot better than it was on Saturday morning. Good thing, as I have high hopes for a successful 5 mile easy run tomorrow morning before work.
Everything seems to be coming together except for one little detail...cycling. I've had no luck finding someone to team with me at Patriot either. Gah! I guess I just need to hunker down and cycle commute at least one day this week. That will get me started. Targetting Wednesday since I nixed my run that day. I'll just take it one day at a time after that.
