March totals
Running: 67.25 miles
Swimming: 1600 meters
Strength: 5 sessions
other: 3 hikes significant enough to include in my notebook
Cycling: uh, what's that again?!?!
Thoughts
It is obvious where my focus is at. For me, it was all about running this month. Perhaps April will bring numbers that more closely resemble triathlon training. Or not. I guess time will tell.
Lisa-you rocked on the running. Now for the bike.....it's time..
ReplyDeleteSo... great running!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for your great poetry!! :-)
Here's to April. Best wishes.
Great running!! I hope the weather will be nice for the half marathon :)
ReplyDeleteYour March looked great! Cheers to April! :)
ReplyDeleteOoh! Nice running month! Now, get back on that bike and swim :-)
ReplyDeleteNice running! But, are you not a triathlete? LOL
ReplyDeleteHey Lisa - looks like you've been putting it in for the half mary!
ReplyDeleteOnce you've cracked that that's when you'll want to dust off the bike!!
Nice run totals.. Don't worry about the bike miles, you'll be back to it in no time..
ReplyDeleteNice looking month. I'm with you on the bike- back to it this month. We can do it.
ReplyDeleteMan I can't believe March is already over. Good lookin numbers :-)
ReplyDeleteThat's a lot of miles on the road this month, and why not focus more on it. You're training for a half. So, it looks all good to me!
ReplyDeleteLoved the pictures of Hawaii! Looks gorgeous and glad you and the family had a great and safe trip.
I'm gonna have to break down and get a running skirt. I've been wanting to, but want to wait until I drop some weight.
I think doing the long run as practicing for your half coming up is great. Sounds like you're gonna do great.
That is an awesome month!! Nice work. Hopefully we will be getting some biking miles in soon!! Keep it up.
ReplyDeleteWOW, 67+ miles is AWESOME!
ReplyDeleteI saw a lady on a powder blue scooter yesterday and thought of you.
Take Care
Even though I was a runner first my running is always the smallest number. Your running looks fantastic!
ReplyDeleteThose are good running numbers!
ReplyDeleteYou know the best thing about not being a professional triathlete (or not training for an Ironman)? You can do what you like! Great numbers :)
ReplyDeleteGreat numbers(even if the bike is lacking). But I agree it's time for you to show the bike some love.
ReplyDeleteImpressive running ##s!
ReplyDeleteGood numbers. The rest will come.
ReplyDeleteYou could just become a runner! That would justify buying a lot more skirts!!
ReplyDeleteYou have plenty of time. You'll do great!
ReplyDeleteMan did I resemble that. More strength. WE CAN DO IT!!
