Monday Weigh-In thoughts

Yes, I know it's Tuesday. Just ignore that one little fact, please.

1) Mr.Scale tells me I'm -1.0. That's good news. I'd love to celebrate by eating badly, but instead, I'll celebrating by posting that factoid here. Not quite as fulfilling, but it will have to do.

2) So many kind comments about me looking fit. THANK YOU. I admit, I had to look again at the latest photo and I am amazed at the person I see. You really have no idea how much progress I've made in the past two years because (conveniently) I don't have a before and after photo (I managed to avoid the cameras in the before phase). You'll just have to trust me on this.

3) Not happy about still having knee and hip issues. :(

4) We had to put Boots down a year ago yesterday. Still haven't buried his ashes in the back yard as intended (they are in an urn in the Study). Will make a point to do that sometime in the next few weeks. He was a good dog.

  2. You look awesome. I hate that I look more like the before than the after (well, at least I hope there is a better after!). :D Great work, -1.0 !!

  3. Sorry about your dog. It's funny...we put ours down just over a year ago and we also still have the ashes that we intended to scatter at the beach. not sure what we'll do with them now.

  4. I remember about your dog! Its hard to believe its been a year! And just keep it up on whatever you're doing. Pretty soon the knee and hip issues will hopefully clear up.

  5. Besides from being fit, I think you have that "game on" attitude as well. More important just to get you out of the door..

  6. Yes, you look fab-u-lous!! Your running skirt photo looks like it came right out of Runner's World magazine! Congrats on the -1.0!

I'm still working on it. Can't believe I put on so many pounds with all the training I did this year. Oh well, could be worse...I'll keep chuggin.

Hope the knee and hip get better. I hate those issues :(

Oh, Boots. Losing a pet is so hard. When Dink had surgery this summer, I was so worried and crying like a baby...and she didn't even die.

  13. isn't that urge to celebrate losing some weight by EATING strange? Well done resisting :)
What does your physio say about these knee/hip issues? (speaking from bitter experience) DO NOT try and run through hip issues.
Mind you if my legs looked as good as yours....

  14. I'm still rolling Dee Dee's hip and thigh muscles out with the Tiger Tail. She says it helps and complains when I don't do it for a couple of days. You can get past it! and you do look mahvelous :-)
