Not bad, especially since I've done practically nothing for the past week while we've been busy working on the house.
June Forecast:
I currently have no races on my calendar for the month. I'd like to squeeze in another sprint, but that probably won't happen. It's more likely that I'll find a convenient 5K or 10K. I'll try to talk my husband and/or son into joining me.
Today is my swim day and I totally overslept!! Gah!! I'll run at lunch time instead so I don't start off the month with a big ol' goose egg in my log book.

Nice month! Was that your first Oly? I'll have to go back and check. Keep the race schedule full!! That's my moto...
ReplyDeleteGreat month of workouts! I think you will really appreciate the aerobars. You may need to tweek the positioning for a while, but in the long run, it will make a huge difference.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great month you have had! Awesome job!
ReplyDeleteGreat yardage! You will love the aero position!
ReplyDeleteAnd yes, you are RIGHT...how funny! I am not saying ANYTHING, but just waiting to see who notices. Shhhh....no hints now, to anyone!
Trimama was the first to spot me. Ha! It was fun, altho some of the pix sure turned out DORKY!
(I told my daughter I was American's Next Top Old Lady Triathlete Model!)
A 5k or 10k would be good. I can certainly understand the lack of exercise while working on other projects.
ReplyDeleteGreat month of work outs!
ReplyDeleteGreat totals for the month, and races in lots of different distances too! I'm sure you'll find something that interests you soon. Keep it fun!
ReplyDeleteThose are some nice stats for May!!! I hope the husband and son join you!! It's so much more fun when fam's aboard :)
ReplyDeleteYou have been busy, great job with all your accomplishments...
ReplyDeletekeep it up, try to get in some build up races if you have time for your half mary..I think always more fun tham house projects.
Hi Lisa! Great month for you :o) ... and great pictures too, I've been trying to work out how to fit my new aerobars so that's very useful!!! :o)
ReplyDeleteGreat month indeed. Hope you do get some family participation in the 5K/10K.
ReplyDeleteNice aero bars - they are a huge asset in head wind, but be sure not to sacrifice comfort for aerodynamics. No point having an extreme aero position that you cannot hold for an hour.
Oh, and I am glad to see that you have gotten rid of the bar top brake levers. ;) Wasn't quite sure how to bring that up to you last time... ;-)
