Swam ~1 mile on Friday in open water. No anxiety attack! Yay!!

Went on an awesome 30 mile bike adventure with Husband on Saturday
Went shopping with Daughter. She now has 4 pairs of school pants
and 5 new polos...we found great sales!!
My first half-mary is only 6 weeks away
Accelerade sent me 7 bottles each of four flavors to test and blog about
I've been getting a good 8 hrs of sleep each night all weekend
Ran 9 miles this morning. I'm tired and sore, but pleased!
