Thoughts:
Of course I'm not happy about the injury, but I'll do what I need to put this behind me. I am happy to be spending extra time in the pool while trying to learn some TI techniques.
July Plans:
Another week of resting the leg. A fun race planned, a Women-only 5K. Primary focus is training for end of summer events. Think about starting the push-up challenge.
Wow-your numbers are really going up! Good for you..esp with injury..

You had a good month, despite the leg issues. You are being smart about this and I'm confident you will bounce back 100% in the optimal amount of time!! Keep on workin it!!!

ReplyDeleteA women-only race? That should be fun! However, if I am going to do a race, I like to go into something where there is a bit of eye candy and the possibility of finding the man of my dreams. HAHAHA. right.
