This morning I met up with a few others from my run club that have been struggling with their recent workouts for one reason or another. We slogged out 4 miles and I was able to finish (relatively) strong for a change. I'm feeling encouraged.
Patience, grasshopper, patience.

ReplyDeleteMy physical fitness is pretty much gone. Run 2 miles Tuesday and Thursday. Hang in there.
You ewill be back in no time. Its always hardest to get back in shape.. :)

ReplyDeleteI'll soon be in those same shoes when I return to running. It's tough to lose that level of cardio fitness you had, but thankfully, it can be regained!
