- Insigificant amount of swimming, cycling.
- I managed to lose 1.5 lbs after getting serious about watching what I eat - and didn't gain it back while on vacation!
- One of my highest running volume months, coutesy of smashed finger (couldn't cycle, lift weights, or swim for several weeks).
Plans for August
- Keep progressing with half-marathon training
- Maintain focus on portion control
- Get butt in gear for triathlon training - have a race in 5 weeks or so - yikes!
