Quick Yoga Update

Yeah, so my dogs are better at yoga than I am (and also seem more enthused), but so far I'm sticking with it.  My goal was 15 yoga sessions this month, roughly every other day. It's the 8th and I'm at 5 sessions so far. Definitely on track.

Sometimes I enjoy it more than others. I always enjoy the warm down and short shavasana.  So if nothing else, I've been ending on a positive note each time.

  1. I have a similar attitude to yoga. I always love how I feel when I'm done so why don't I do it more often? Maybe I should give your challenge a go.

  2. Cool! Yea it does take some getting used to, but regular practice will put your mind at ease over the long term. Soak it up.

  3. Good job for giving it a serious try and sticking with it. My brain knows it is good for me, but for some reason I just can't make myself do it. I really need to work on this. I also want to do better with strength training. Time to get started! :)
