- I just might be able to pull that rabbit out of my hat afterall. :-)
Plans for June
- Alb Half-Century next Saturday!
- Get in the pool again
- Decide on next running event.
*As it turns out, a 43.7 mile bike ride as the 5th ride in 8 days after taking a 6 mo cycling hiatus was enough to wear me out completely. And having done this particular ride 18 hrs in advance of a splash & dash, turning the alarm off & getting extra sleep seemed like a *much* better idea than waking up early for said event this morning. Who knew?!?!
Looks at that bike mileage! No wonder you werw too pooped for the event. Good call getting some extra rest - you have a big weekend coming up!
