* Ran 44.5 mi
* Swam 500 yds
* Gym sessions - 8
* Yoga sessions - 3
* Races - 1 (DSP)

Thoughts
* Lots of personal "stuff" this month and race plans were adding to the stress. I'm glad that I backed off so that I could have fun again
* I'm uninjured at the moment. This is a very good thing.

May Plans
* Run for the Zoo
* Take it one day at a time
* Stop and smell the roses whenever possible :-)
