Sanctuary at Sunrise

sanc·tu·ar·y n. 3. A place of refuge or asylum.

The only healthy way I know to deal with stress is to get outside. The dogs & I found peace this morning out on the mesa.

* Daughter was in ER for 6 hrs last night. This time, I think we have a solid diagnosis and treatment plan. I'm home with her today to ensure she is making forward progress.

  11. I was going to write a blog about sanctuaries and you stole this idea! Of course, my slant was on the Al Bundy and bathroom view, not the pretty scenery view.

Hope your daughter feels better quickly.
