ReplyDeletePlans for October sound good.
I've been told by several coaches and have also read in books that it is not wise to push your body to the limit in training when you have other outside stresses, such as work, moving house, getting divorced ... or loosing a loved one. You did well! Now good luck for Duke City. You'll rock it!
ReplyDeleteStill, those are some decent September stats. I think if you do the first thing on your October "list", the second thing will happen. ;)
ReplyDeleteGlad you are feeling better. And those weren't bad numbers, all things considered.
ReplyDeleteGood luck in the half this month!
