Thoughts
- No, I didn't plan on hitting 100.0 exactly. I had to check my numbers twice after I realized how it added up.
- Rest days are good.
- I accomplished *all* my goals for October. Yay!
Plans for November
- Be flexible with regards to races/goals
- Figure out how to keep running with the shorter days and cooler weather.
