- Worst exercise month in a long long time, and I'm ready to stop pouting and get active again.

November is always one of the toughest moths for me, it's getting dark and cold and the whole start of the holiday season make it even more difficult.

ReplyDeleteBoo to cranky knees and heel pain!! I need to get back to the pool, too! Maybe today. I got new goggles in the mailbox this week, so now I just need to get my butt to the gym.
