September Totals

Numbers
  • 103.2 miles by feet: ran 54.1, walked 49.1
  • 19 trips up the hill
  • 27.0 miles on seat (bike)
  • 1 race
  • 1 rest day
  • 8 days with two activities logged
Thoughts
  • All in all, it was a good month. However, I didn't realize until the end of the month that I had really shorted myself on rest days. I'll fix that in October.
Plans for October
  • Run trails!!
  • Learn to hula hoop
  • Take rest days
  • Participate in Bosque Boogie 10K
