June Tally

The Numbers

On my feet: 58.0 mi
On my seat: 9.3 mi
Races: Nada

Thoughts

Being injured sucks. Being "double" injured sucks doubly. Focussing on what you CAN do rather than what you CANNOT - priceless.

Plans for July

Keep walking hills. Receive treatment for knee. Reconcile race schedule.

  11. That's a good month, especially considering your double injuries. Which, btw, rots and I'm sorry about that! Keep focusing on what you can do -- great attitude!
