And I consider myself l...I know just how you feel. And I consider myself lucky to have running and exercise to fall back on during those stressful times to keep you on track. And good workout, doing weights and then some cardio. Helps to make you stronger and burn more calories. I like workout games on the treadmill too to take the boredom away.
